Allan R. Parr, who received a Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M, has joined Rees Associates Inc. as its firmwide assistant chief operating officer and director of operations for the Dallas office.

Rees Associates, an architecture, interior design and planning firm with offices in six cities, has completed more than $21 billion in projects in 42 states and 35 foreign countries.
“We are thrilled that Allan has chosen to join REES in a leadership position where he can apply his 20 years of real estate management and design expertise to increase our growth,” said Frank W. Rees, firm president and CEO.
Parr has 20 years of experience in the areas of operations management, project management, facilities operation, construction, design, and business development.
He received a Master of Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
He joined Rees from Nelson, a design and consulting firm where he was senior managing director. Prior experience includes manager of project management and design for Hewlett Packard and site manager of global headquarters campus for Compaq Computer Corporation.
