A video narrated in part by Peter Lang, associate professor of architecture at Texas A&M, about a traveling retrospective of a historic exhibition by radical Italian architects is available online.
Lang co-curated the retrospective, which focuses on a 1972 exhibition of work by Superstudio, an Italian group founded by Adolfo Natalini and Cristiano Toraldo di Francia in 1966 to produce experimental architecture.
A new version of the show will open at the Swedish Museum of Architecture in Stockholm March 31.
“We tried to concentrate on the films for that 1972 exhibition,” said Lang in the video. “It’s an exhibition about an exhibition.”
