“Walking with Presidents,” a photo exhibit celebrating the historical influence and contributions of African-Americans on U.S. presidential politics, runs through February in the Wright Gallery, located on the second floor of building A of the Langford Architecture Center.
The collection, which belongs to the MSC Visual Arts Committee, documents the history of African-American political leaders as shown through images collected from presidential libraries and other sources. The exhibit begins with images from the presidency of Franklin D. Roosevelt and now includes pictures of President Barack Obama.
