Paintings, drawings, photography and sculpture created by students studying at the Texas A&M College of Architecture adorned the Wright Gallery April 12-16 during an exhibit sponsored by the Aggie chapter of the American Institute of Architecture Students and the Tau Sigma Delta honor society.

A panel of judges chose the following pieces as winners in their respective categories:

  • "Chair of 1" by 4"", Dustin Mattiza, graphite on Strathmore, first place, drawing;
  • "Reprise," Barrett Davis, acrylic/India ink, first place, painting;
  • "The Second Coming," Mack Henderson, first place, photography;
  • "Couch of Luxury," Dustin Mattiza, rapid prototype, first place, sculpture.

Following the exhibit, which provided a venue for Aggies who do not typically display their artwork, an auction of the work benefiting the exhibit's sponsoring student organizations took place at Arkitex Studio in downtown Bryan.
