Rogers named associate head of
Center for Heritage Conservation

 

Julie Rogers, senior lecturer in architecture and visualization at Texas A&M University’s College of Architecture, has been named associate director of the college’s Center for Heritage Conservation.

Rogers, who holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Architecture, Master of Architecture and Bachelor of Environmental Design degrees from Texas A&M, has been an Aggie faculty member since 1992. She specializes in Southeast Asian art and architecture and is also interested in design foundations, design communications, drawing and design methods.

In 2005, Rogers received a Distinguished Achievement Award from the Association of Former Students, the organization’s highest honor.
