The winter 2007 issue of the Journal of Architectural Planning and Research has been published, with article topics ranging from pre-Ottoman public baths, courthouses in the United States, and Swedish outdoor living environments.
Andrew Seidel, professor in the Texas A&M University department of landscape architecture and urban planning, is the journal’s editor in chief.
“For over 25 years, the Journal of Architectural and Planning Research has been an award-winning, scholarly, quarterly (double-blind, refereed) journal providing researchers and practicing professionals with up-to-date, innovative ideas and designs,” said Seidel.
The journal reports research findings and new practices, providing a link between theory and practice for researchers and practicing professionals. It includes three major areas in its coverage: architectural and design research; urban planning research; and architectural design, interior design, and urban design.
